February Habit

Hello everyone! As you probably guessed by the title of this blog, I am going to be talking about my past daily habits and my new daily habit. So for November and December, I planked, increasing the time by 10 seconds every day. My next daily habit was to bake three treats every week and I kept up with that pretty well because if I wasn’t baking I was meal prepping for the next day. I actually improved my baking skills, so that I am now at the point where I can start to make my own recipes. Now for my new daily habit. My new daily habit is going to be…………………………… DOG TRAINING! I am going to be training my neighbors’ dogs for 20-30 minutes every day! I even got a clicker (which I am trained and know how to use)

And that is what my new daily habit is.
